Ballantyne manufactures a wide range of high quality cheese powders including cheddars, blue vein, cheddar romano, parmesan, and cream cheese. Other specialty products include yogurt powder, sour cream powder and high fat cream powders.
What are cheese powders?
Our cheese powders are made from real cheese. A cheddar cheese has a 36% moisture content. A cheddar cheese powder is simply the moisture removed.
